Urs Häusler is a Swiss entrepreneur and association co-founder in the startup and FinTech ecosystem. As CEO of DealMarket (from 2012), he led the platform until its sale to Drooms (2016) and was then responsible for its global rollout and Swiss business. He co-founded the Swiss Startup Association in 2015 (later Advisory Board) and previously worked with Swiss Finance Startups (now Swiss Fintech).

Martin Bergner is Managing Director at paiqo in Switzerland. He helps companies in the DACH region successfully implement AI and data platforms. With experience in machine learning, data science, and industries such as manufacturing and finance, he brings extensive expertise from consulting roles, including at Microsoft.

Thomaskutty Sebastian is co-founder, chief strategy officer, and partner at PIT Solutions AG, Switzerland. Over 25 years, he has helped grow the company into a global tech enterprise with 800+ employees. With degrees from EPFL, HEC Lausanne, and IIT Madras, he blends strategic leadership with technical expertise to support SMEs in digital transformation. He is also active in social impact initiatives in Switzerland and India.

As the son of a seasonal worker, Përparim Avdili knows social advancement from his own experience – and has mastered it with energy and optimism. Today, he is CFO of LIBS, the talent factory of the high-tech industry, and president of the FDP City of Zurich, which he leads with visionary thinking and a can-do attitude. With his professional acumen, his humanity, and his experience as a bridge builder between business, society, and politics, he is committed to key issues for the future. On March 8, 2026, he will run for the office of mayor of Zurich.

Fulvio Maccarone is an experienced investment professional with over 20 years in private equity and venture capital across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Russia. Based in Switzerland, he combines global investment expertise with board-level governance. A CFA charterholder with a Master’s in Economics from HEC Lausanne and executive training from Harvard, Fulvio advises entrepreneurs and investors through EqNext Advisors and contributes to venture projects at Stellaria Ventures. He focuses on strategies that align financial returns with positive social and environmental impact. Fluent in five languages, he brings a values-driven, collaborative approach to investing.

Igor Izraylevych is the co-founder and CEO of S-PRO AG, a full-cycle software development company launched in 2014. With an engineering background and an MBA in Management, he drives the company’s strategic direction and innovation. Under his leadership, S-PRO has expanded internationally with R&D centers in Switzerland, Poland, and Ukraine. Igor is known for connecting technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
