Urs Häusler is an entrepreneur and ecosystem builder specializing in FinTech, startups, and digitalization. He served as CEO of the private equity/VC platform DealMarket from 2012 and oversaw its exit to Drooms in 2016. As part of the integration, he took over the global rollout of the software and responsibility for the Swiss business under the Drooms brand.
Häusler is one of the most influential figures in the Swiss startup scene: in 2015, he co-founded and became president of the Swiss Startup Association (SSA), and he remains closely involved with the association today (Advisory Board). He was also co-founder and board member of Swiss Finance Startups (SFS) – the industry organization for FinTech startups, now known as Swiss Fintech.

His early career included setting up international digital projects (including amiando and Jamba!). Today, he contributes his experience as an advisor/board member to initiatives within the ecosystem and acts as a sparring partner for founders.
