Thomaskutty Sebastian is the Co-founder, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), and Partner at PIT Solutions AG, Switzerland. Over the past 25 years, he has played a central role in transforming the company from a startup into a global enterprise with over 800 employees and offices in Switzerland, India, the USA, UAE, and Germany.

Thomaskutty leads PIT Solutions’ business activities, delivering cutting-edge digital solutions across diverse industries and international markets. His core focus is enabling SMEs to digitalize cost-effectively through strategic global sourcing. His expertise spans business strategy, cross-cultural management, sales, and marketing, with a strong commitment to innovation, strategic growth, and operational excellence.

Under his leadership, PIT Solutions has achieved multimillion Swiss Franc turnover, expanded its global footprint, and embraced emerging technologies like AI to provide clients with a competitive edge. Thomaskutty’s work is anchored in helping businesses scale, modernize, and thrive in an increasingly digital world.

He holds an Executive Master’s in eGovernance and an Executive MBA from EPFL and HEC Lausanne, as well as a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Beyond business, Thomaskutty is passionate about social impact, actively supporting initiatives in Switzerland and India that foster positive change and community development.
