Igor Izraylevych is an experienced entrepreneur in software development and digital innovation. As co-founder and CEO, he leads S-PRO, a company he founded in 2014 together with Andrew Fisiuk.
Igor has an engineering background and additionally holds an MBA in Management. According to XING and other profiles, his earlier studies and qualifications include training in Computer Security at the Zaporizhzhya National Technical University.
Founding of S-PRO (2014): Together with Andrew Fisiuk, Igor started S-PRO in Kyiv, Ukraine. The company specializes in full-cycle software services, including web and mobile development, UX/UI design, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and solution development across various industries such as fintech, healthcare, and logistics.
Under his leadership, S-PRO grew rapidly in terms of team size, technological breadth, and international reach. Igor also speaks publicly on digital transformation and advises organizations in this area.
- Funding from SARS Capital (2020): Under Igor’s leadership, S-PRO secured funding from SARS Capital to strengthen its presence in the enterprise segment and accelerate growth in Western Europe.
- Team Growth: Early on, the team expanded to around 150 employees across several Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia.
As CEO, Igor is responsible for the strategic direction of S-PRO, including technological innovation, business development, and corporate culture. S-PRO operates multiple research and development centers, including in Switzerland (Zug, Zurich), Poland, and Ukraine.
Privately, Igor combines technical expertise with management skills and is committed to bridging technology, innovation, and entrepreneurial growth.
