Fulvio Maccarone is a seasoned investment professional with over two decades of experience in private equity, venture capital, and global asset management. He has built a distinguished career as an investor, board member, and advisor, with a strong track record of deploying capital and growing portfolios across Europe, North and Latin America, Asia, and Russia.

As a Venture Capital and Private Equity Investor, Fulvio has developed deep expertise in fund investments, co-investments, and direct deals. His experience is rooted in successfully leading a team that managed and deployed a multi-billion-dollar private equity portfolio for one of Europe’s leading family offices. This role included global investments across diverse sectors and asset classes, reinforcing his ability to navigate complex financial ecosystems and build high-performing investment strategies.

Currently based in Chavannes-des-Bois, Switzerland, Fulvio advises both companies and investment funds—including those focused on venture capital, growth equity, and impact—on strategy, governance, and financing. Through EqNext Advisors, he supports entrepreneurs, founders, and investors in sharpening their approach to value creation, capital deployment, and organizational resilience. He is also an active contributor to Stellaria Ventures, where he applies his investment expertise and board-level insights to early-stage and growth-stage venture capital projects.

In addition to his advisory and investment work, Fulvio serves as a board member across multiple companies and brings a constructive, supportive governance style that peers and stakeholders value.
